I felt dryer vent cleaning was a vital service, so I started researching it and spoke to professionals in the field. Once I learned the various methods of cleaning dryer vents, I launched my business five years ago.
I started with house-to-house service calls and did residential projects. Today, I also undertake commercial jobs, including laundromat, spas, hotels, and any place with a laundry facility like building management companies and condominium boards.
The most enjoyable part is figuring out troubleshooting as it takes real imagination. There’s a solution for every problem, and the potential to be creative is endless.
I’m thorough in my approach, and as an individual, I believe what sets me apart from others is my promptness and professionalism. It’s helped me to create customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
I also attribute my success to my ability to communicate with clients through online marketing. It’s enabled me to educate them about my services and the many benefits.
Knowing that I’m preventing potential fires is rewarding. It also fills me with immense satisfaction when I can achieve milestones, for example, when I completed my first laundromat job.
When I’m not cleaning vents, I keep myself busy searching for new ways to improve my quality to offer my clients the best service possible.
